Meet the Doctor

Dr. Kevin M. Ross is a Portland native, having lived in Oregon all of his life. As both a patient and a physician, Dr. Ross utilizes chiropractic care in addressing everything from an acute injury, to long term pains, to chronic ailments. Having back and neck pain at the early age of 10 and onward, Dr. Ross found significant relief from chiropractic treatment. After sustaining a disc herniation and recovering with a combination of chiropractic, physical therapy, acupuncture and manual traction, he has seen that many health care professions can bring something to the table for many different ailments. Dr. Ross tries to keep the work environment fun, seen in the treatment rooms with the rest of the staff. He has assisted in teaching orthopedics and adjusting classes at the chiropractic school he graduated from, and enjoys keeping an informative and teaching style present in his chiropractic practice.

ADVANCED TRAINING

Dr. Ross has taken advanced training in continuing education classes emphasizing treatment of whiplash related conditions, light force techniques, tool techniques, taking X-rays and their interpretation, and practice management.

Dr. Jason Orey is originally from Calgary, Canada where he was born and raised. Growing up sports were a big part of his life including football, rugby, and wrestling. Eventually, an ACL injury led to the end of his contact sports days and he has since turned to golf and racquetball. After his injury, Dr. Orey decided that he wanted to help other's heal and potentially prevent their own injuries. This led him to finish his Kinesiology degree at Simon Fraser University before attending the University of Western States. Dr. Orey's goal with his patients is to guide them in the direction to living life pain free, while educating and empowering them to take control of their pain, and teaching them strategies to continue a healthy, pain-free lifestyle in the future.

ADVANCED TRAINING

Dr. Orey has taken additional training through the Titleist Performance Institute and has completed his Level 2 Medical Certification, giving him a better understanding of the body-swing connection in golf and other rotary activities. He enjoys screening golfers and helping improve their function and mobility as it relates to their golf swing to allow them to play golf with less pain. 

Dr. Orey has also completed his Webster Certification through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. With the additional education in Webster Technique Dr. Orey is better able to help women throughout their pregnancy by optimizing pelvic function. Dr. Orey also enjoys working with children of all ages and helping them through whatever ailments may be preventing them from living their best life.
